Common questions

Who is Resufine built for?
Resufine is built for recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and HR consultancies that regularly submit formatted candidate resumes to clients. If someone on your team is spending time reformatting resumes instead of placing candidates, Resufine is for you.
Can different teams have different templates?
Yes. Each team within a company gets their own format template, their own letterhead, and their own monthly usage limit. A company admin can manage all teams and override any team's format. Full hierarchy: you → company admins → teams.
What file formats are accepted?
Resufine accepts PDF and Word (.docx) as input. Output is always a clean Word document formatted to your template. The original can be in any layout, any font, any structure.
Is candidate data stored?
Resume files are temporarily stored during processing and automatically deleted within 24 hours. Extracted data is not stored permanently. Each company's account is completely isolated — no other company can see your data.
How does access work?
Access is by invitation only. We review every request and personally activate your account. You then set up your team logins — your recruiters receive credentials from you. Nobody can sign up and access your account without going through you first.
